Stoudt’s Brews up Something Special for The Vetri Foundation

Once again, we are teaming up with Stoudt's to create a sumptuous lemon-flavored beer, proceeds of which will benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand. Marc Vetri and Jeff Michaud, (of Osteria,) prepared a lemon marmelade which was used to flavor Stoudt's award-winning Kolsch style brew! Kegs of this special beer, called Ex Gratia, are being sold to selected restaurants in the greater Philadelphia area. The restaurants, in turn, will sell the beer and donate 100% of proceeds to ALSF. In past years, this brewer/chef collaboration has raised over $14,000 for charity. In conjunction with this year's Great Chef's Event, we hope to add to that figure.
